Description of Services

Citiair Travel acts as a travel agent and intermediary for third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, car rental agencies, and insurance providers ("Suppliers"). We provide a platform that allows you to research travel options and make bookings.

By making a booking through Citiair Travel, you are entering into a contract directly with the Supplier (e.g., the airline), and your booking is subject to the terms and conditions of that specific Supplier.

User Accounts

To access certain features of our website, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your password and identification.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Booking, Pricing, and Payments

Pricing: Prices are not guaranteed until the booking is finalized and payment is processed. Prices may change at any time due to availability and Supplier rate fluctuations.

Payment: You agree to authorize Citiair Travel or its third-party payment processors to charge your payment method for the total amount of your booking, including any applicable taxes and fees.

Cancellations and Refunds

Supplier Policies: All bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the specific Supplier. Many airline tickets and travel packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is your responsibility to review the specific fare rules associated with your booking before purchase.

Agency Fees: Citiair Travel service fees are non-refundable.

Changes: Any changes to a booking (e.g., date changes, name corrections) may incur fees from both Citiair Travel and the Supplier.

Payment Services (Dwolla Authorization)

5.1 Verified Customer Records (Sending Funds)

In order to use the payment functionality of Citiair Travel's application, you must open a "Dwolla Account" provided by Dwolla, Inc. and you must accept the Dwolla Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Any funds held in or transferred through your Dwolla Account are held or transferred by Dwolla's financial institution partners. You must be at least 18 years old to create a Dwolla Account.

You authorize Citiair Travel to collect and share with Dwolla your personal information including full name, date of birth, social security number, physical address, email address and financial information, and you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that data. You understand that you will access and manage your Dwolla Account through Citiair Travel's application, and Dwolla account notifications will be sent by Citiair Travel, not Dwolla. Citiair Travel will provide customer support for your Dwolla Account activity, and can be reached at www.citiairtravel.com, reservation@citiairtravel.com and/or by phone (908)248-4247.

5.2 Receive Only Accounts (Vendors/Receiving Funds)

If you register to create an account to receive payments via our application, you expressly authorize Citiair Travel's service provider, Dwolla, Inc. to originate credit transfers to your financial institution account, and you agree to Dwolla's Open Banking Services End User Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 13 years old and obtain parental permission if under 18 to receive funds. You authorize Citiair Travel to collect and share with Dwolla your personal information including full name, email address and financial information, and you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that data. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

Passport Validity: Many countries require your passport to be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your date of return.

Visa Requirements: Visa requirements vary by country and citizenship. You are responsible for verifying these requirements with the appropriate embassies or consulates.

Denial of Entry: Citiair Travel is not responsible if you are denied entry into any country or boarding on any carrier due to failure to carry correct documentation.

Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Citiair Travel or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Citiair Travel acts only as an agent for the Suppliers. We are not liable for:

• Any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any Supplier.
• Personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from the Supplier's services.
• Delays, cancellations, overbooking, strikes, or force majeure events beyond our direct control.

In no event shall Citiair Travel be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your access to, display of, or use of this website.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Citiair Travel and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties, or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:

• Your breach of these Terms of Service.
• Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
• Your use of this website.
